They call me Ben, a fellow traveler in this great mystery we call life. Along my journey I have taken on the roles of alchemist, healer, and guide. Some might even call me a Wizard. In any case, my life has been an initiation of shedding old skins, questioning the stories and conditioning I was handed, and remembering who I truly am. I was raised with a strong religious foundation, one that gave me a thirst for the divine and a wonder for something bigger than myself but also left me with questions the dogma couldn’t answer. For years, I searched for God outside myself; in beliefs, in systems, in other people’s truths - until I discovered the thing I had been missing: love and trust in my own Self.
I have learned, through trial and error, that the key to spiritual awakening is not “up” but “in.” That heaven is not somewhere “out there” we escape to, but a state we embody here now. The body, this temple we live in, is not a prison to transcend but the sacred vessel where our spirit meets the material world. Every emotion, every sensation, every breath is a doorway to deeper awareness. When we fully inhabit this human experience instead of trying to escape it, we begin to see that all of life is part of the divine play.
Through my own shadow work, I’ve come to see that self-love isn’t just a nice idea, it’s the foundation of everything. It's our greatest lesson in life. It is the elixir that transforms shame into acceptance, fear into trust, and pain into wisdom. My work now is about guiding others into that same remembrance, helping them reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and trust the quiet guidance of their own inner authority.
That’s the invitation I give to you: Stop fighting who you are. It's time to live YOUR life. We can’t really trust ourselves until we first love ourselves. And we can’t create a life we love until we believe we’re worthy of it.
Above all, I believe life is a game. An adventure story and we’re the hero. We’re here to learn, to feel, to create, to mess up, to laugh, and to keep going. As Ram Dass said, “we’re all just walking each other home.” So I’m not here to hand you answers, but to walk beside you, ask the tough questions that matter, and hold a mirror so you can see the truth of who you really are and learn to love that person.
This is the heart of Esoteric Alkhemy – the art of transforming your inner world so that life becomes lighter, freer, and more joyful. Because when you love yourself fully, you unlock the real magic: the freedom to simply be.

Your Guide to Inner Alchemy
The path to awakening isn’t “up and out” it’s in and through.
Esoteric Alkhemy is the process of Inner Transformation, something that no one else can define for you, the inner world is yours alone to explore and master. I’m not here to fix you or label you, and I am sure as hell not here to save you. I’m simply here to guide you back to yourself, to the parts of you you’ve rejected, avoided, or feared so that you can finally meet them with compassion, integrate them, and realize they were never bad to begin with.
This work leads to real self-love and self-trust, not just as abstract concepts, but as lived experiences rooted in your body, your truth, your design.
We do this through a number of tools and modalities, but they all serve the same purpose: inner alchemy.
At its core, my work is all about alchemy. Turning emotional density into lightness, shame into self-acceptance, trauma into self-empowerment. It’s about walking into the cave you fear most, only to find the treasure you were always seeking. We don’t bypass the pain, we meet it. We work with the shadows, not against them, because what we resist persists. When we embrace and allow what we’ve feared or judged in ourselves, we transmute it. That’s real healing. That’s true freedom. That’s authentic love.
This is deep shadow work. It can be scary and confronting, but it’s also liberating and sacred. It’s the dismantling of illusions, the false identities we’ve clung to, the limiting beliefs that keep us small, the cycles of self-sabotage rooted in unworthiness. We move from self-hate to self-love, from mistrust to inner knowing. That’s the journey and it starts by asking: What part of myself have I been too afraid to love? What belief keeps me from trusting myself? This process is about peeling back those layers, one by one, until you can finally see who you really are.
Ultimately, Esoteric Alkhemy is a container for those ready to do the deep work. I’m here to be a guide — not to your enlightenment, but back to your wholeness. Back to the truth that you’ve always been complete. You just forgot. Let’s remember together.
Esoteric (adj.): intended for or likely to be understood by only a small number of people with specialized knowledge or interest.
On a deeper level, esoteric refers to wisdom that points us inward. Teachings, truths, and practices that can’t be fully grasped through intellect alone but must be experienced and embodied. It contrasts with exoteric, which is outer, mainstream, and surface-level.
Alchemy (noun): the art and science of transmutation. To transform something from it’s lower, base, dense, dark, or heavy state to a higher, lighter state.
The practice of Alchemy, as it is most famously known for, is transmuting the base metal of lead into gold. But the deeper, esoteric teaching is that one must spiritually transmute the base shadow frequencies (lead) within oneself into the higher frequencies of love and light (gold). This is why in classic paintings, saints are usually depicted with a golden halo around their heads. The achievement of physically transmuting lead into gold was just an outer manifestation and sign of what had transpired within the spiritual aspirant.
As the great Hermetic Principle states: As within, So without.
So in short:

Alkhemy = the transformation of the self
